Roadbook(路書)非常重視您的隱私。本政策說明我們如何收集、使用與保護您的個人資料。

1. 我們收集哪些資料

Roadbook 僅收集提供服務所必要的最少量資料:

  • 帳號資訊:您透過 Apple 登入時,我們取得您的匿名用戶識別碼(Apple User ID)及電子郵件地址(如您選擇共用)。
  • 您主動輸入的資料:演出場次、行程事件、成員資訊、場地資訊、後勤資料及公告等,均儲存於您的帳號下。
  • 裝置資訊:為提供推播通知服務,我們會取得您的裝置推播 token(不含任何可識別個人身份的資訊)。
  • 相機與相片:當您於 AI 助理功能中拍攝或選取照片時,圖片會即時傳送至 Google Gemini 進行分析;我們不會於伺服器端保存您的照片。
  • 麥克風與語音識別:語音輸入透過 Apple 系統 API 在裝置端轉文字,錄音檔不會上傳至我們的伺服器。
  • 廣告識別碼(IDFA):本 App 包含 Google AdMob 廣告。在您於系統「App 追蹤透明度(ATT)」對話框同意後,我們才會透過 AdMob 取得您的 IDFA 用於廣告投放與成效衡量;若您拒絕,仍會顯示一般廣告,但不會收集 IDFA。
  • 語言與設定偏好:僅儲存於您的本機裝置,不上傳至伺服器。

我們不會收集您的精確位置或通訊錄資料。

2. 我們如何使用您的資料

收集的資料用於以下目的:

  • 識別並驗證您的身份,以存取您的演出資料
  • 在授權的團隊成員之間即時同步行程與公告
  • 傳送您主動開啟的推播通知(如演出行程提醒、航班變更)
  • 透過 AI 助理(Google Gemini)回答您的問題或分析您主動上傳的圖片
  • 提供免費版用戶適性化或一般性廣告(透過 Google AdMob);是否使用 IDFA 進行個人化由您於 ATT 對話框決定
  • 提升 App 效能與修復錯誤

我們不會將您的個人資料出售給第三方,也不會自行進行廣告 profiling。廣告投放完全由 AdMob 處理。

3. 資料儲存與安全

您的資料儲存於 Supabase 提供的雲端資料庫(伺服器位於美國)。我們採取以下措施保護您的資料:

  • 所有資料傳輸均以 TLS/HTTPS 加密
  • 資料庫採用資料列層級安全性(Row Level Security),確保用戶只能存取自己的資料
  • 管理員存取受密碼保護

5. 兒童隱私

Roadbook 為專業演出工作者設計,不針對 13 歲以下兒童提供服務。我們不會故意收集兒童的個人資料。若您發現有兒童提供了個人資料,請聯絡我們,我們將立即刪除相關資料。

6. 您的權利

您可以隨時:

  • 在 App 設定中查看或更新您的資料
  • 於 App 內 「設定 → 刪除帳號」直接刪除您的帳號及所有相關資料(無需透過電郵申請)
  • 於 App 內 「設定 → 訂閱」隨時管理或取消訂閱(亦可至 Apple ID 帳戶設定中操作)
  • 於 iOS 系統「設定 → 隱私權與安全性 → 追蹤」隨時撤回 ATT 同意
  • 關閉推播通知(可在裝置系統設定中操作)

若您於使用刪除帳號功能時遇到困難,亦可寄信至下方聯絡信箱,我們將於 30 天內處理。

7. 隱私政策的變更

我們可能不定期更新本隱私政策。若有重大變更,將在 App 內發布公告。建議您定期查閱本頁面以了解最新版本。繼續使用 App 即表示您同意更新後的政策。

Roadbook takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

1. Data We Collect

Roadbook collects only the data necessary to provide its service:

  • Account information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive your anonymous Apple User ID and email address (only if you choose to share it).
  • Data you enter: Show dates, schedule events, crew member details, venue information, logistics, and announcements are stored under your account.
  • Device token: To deliver push notifications, we store your device push token. This does not identify you personally.
  • Camera & photos: When you take or pick photos in the AI Assistant feature, those images are sent to Google Gemini for analysis. We do not retain your photos on our servers.
  • Microphone & speech recognition: Voice input uses Apple's on-device speech-to-text APIs. Audio recordings are never uploaded to our servers.
  • Advertising identifier (IDFA): The app includes Google AdMob advertising. We collect your IDFA via AdMob only if you grant permission in the system App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt. If you decline, generic (non-personalized) ads are still shown, but no IDFA is collected.
  • Language & preferences: Stored locally on your device only — never uploaded to our servers.

We do not collect your precise location or contacts.

2. How We Use Your Data

Collected data is used for:

  • Authenticating your identity to access your show data
  • Syncing schedules and announcements in real time across authorized crew members
  • Sending push notifications you have explicitly enabled (e.g. schedule reminders, flight changes)
  • Powering the AI Assistant (Google Gemini) — answering your questions and analyzing images you upload
  • Serving personalized or generic advertising to free-tier users via Google AdMob; whether IDFA is used for personalization depends on your ATT choice
  • Improving app performance and fixing bugs

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not perform our own advertising profiling. Ad delivery is handled by AdMob.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase cloud infrastructure (servers located in the United States). We protect your data with:

  • TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
  • Row Level Security (RLS) so users can only access their own data
  • Password-protected admin access

5. Children's Privacy

Roadbook is designed for professional live-event crews and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

6. Your Rights

You may at any time:

  • View or update your data within the app settings
  • Delete your account and all associated data directly within the app at "Settings → Delete Account" (no email required)
  • Manage or cancel your subscription within the app at "Settings → Subscription" (or via your Apple ID account settings)
  • Withdraw your ATT consent at any time via iOS "Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking"
  • Disable push notifications via your device system settings

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. For significant changes, we will post an in-app announcement. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
